Little ramble..

I think the biggest attraction to health and wellness for me so far is… I like beautiful things. I think that most humans prefer beautiful things, to not so beautiful things. I understand people have different definitions of beautiful. For the sake of this article beautiful being what most of us would consider beautiful. Even humans in different cultures, “civilized” or not prefer these types of frequencies. When you ask someone to choose between a live flower and a dead flower, I’m pretty sure they would choose the live flower. Not that it needs to be taken to this level but, would you rather be around someone who is ill and coughing and in pain, or someone who is very well, and laughing and happy? There may be some cultures that would choose the dead flower, at the same time I think they would have to be trained to do so. I think instinctively as humans without any outside influence we are attracted to LIFE. We are attracted to extraordinary things. We are attracted to bright colors, and lights. We are attracted to wonderful sounds and music. These things all have a frequency. These lights and sounds all have frequencies that are naturally attractive to the human senses.

I also firmly believe in the law of attraction. I believe that the way we think, be, do and have will certainly attract more of those same types of thoughts, beings, actions and situations.

In that, with my love of beauty, and being attracted to life, and those wonderful frequencies, and my belief in the law of attraction, for me, it only makes sense to be that which I want to attract: healthy, well, beautiful, loving, caring, nurturing, happy, ALIVE.

The argument that I commonly here is that there is so much beauty and fun and joy in all these things in the world like food and wine etc… and why throw that away or disregard it. “Like cookies, aren’t cookies great” “in moderation aren’t these things ok?” “People get so much joy out of these things!” “Wouldn’t that be a shame to not take that into account” Or people say… “I don’t know if I could give that up… I really like it!” “What about when people all get together and cook a huge meal and they have their roots, and tradition and family love and joy?!… Isn’t that important” That’s very understandable I have been there, but what about the damage that these things cause?  What about when it takes that beautiful glowing shining flower and turns it into a brown stem with no pedals that crumbles when you pick it up. Then where is the beauty? It is not real beauty. It is an illusion. It is short lived and even worse damaging to every aspect of our health. This is never really weighed though. Sometimes people think about it, but they never really take it into account long enough for it to make a difference. Also excuses get in the way and we tell ourselves “its ok…” Sometimes it is hard for us to understand how effortless it is for us to be naturally healthy and beautiful and how attractive it is. Not to say that “great food” isn’t attractive… but great food has a down side. Our frequency drops. We start to wilt. Being healthy is attractive with out a downside.

Now, some people may say being healthy has a downside of not being able to eat certain types of foods or drink booze etc… The thing is once those foods are left out of the diet for a long enough time, they are not attractive anymore. The cravings go away. So you have a 30-day downside… compared lifelong health issues. Oh yeah, not to mention you feel like a million bucks and you start to attract beings who are also healthy and lively.

My position and perspective is this. Does it contribute to your beauty? Does it contribute to your health? Does it make you think more clearly? Does it turn you into a live flower? Or a dead flower? And if we as humans are naturally attracted to live flowers… and we all love to be loved (I guess I don’t know if you all love to be loved, but I know I do!)… Why on earth would we want to do something that would hold us back from that living presence and ability? People do so many unnatural things to change themselves into “attractive” beings. So many things that would never have to be done if we could understand that when we take care of ourselves we are all naturally beautiful with out having to do anything. No make-up, no teeth whitening, no surgery. And it’s not just our physical body… that’s the least of it. It is our frequency. It is our energy and the ability to love and laugh and inspire. It is our all around beauty and life that is attractive, inside and out. This is what I love. This is what inspires me. This is what makes me want to be as healthy as I can be. This is what I am attracted to. I guess being loved is a big part of it for me, but more than that I am just truly attracted to healthy people. I think they are so cool. And when I see them I want to be near them and like them. The best way for me to attract those beings, actions, and situations into my life is to be that way myself. And if none of this matters to you… that’s ok. I understand. If you just don’t care about being healthy I get it, but don’t for one-second stay that way because you don’t think you can do it. If you are going be unhealthy cause that is what you really want… ok. But 1) I don’t believe you. 2) We all have to ability to shine our light. All we have to do is stop putting it out!

With love
